Come & enjoy your craft in our 4,000 square foot renovated church - built in the 1920's. Our craft room is located in the 1,000 square foot sanctuary with over 20 foot ceilings and plenty of natural light through the many beautiful windows. 12 five foot craft tables (each with its own task light & comfy work chair) & 2 dining tables grace this lovely, yet comfortable room. We have a huge 42 inch flat screen TV for the craft room which is visible by all guests. There's also a futon couch for when you need to take a break from crafting!
We provide a laptop computer, color printer, cricut machine, sizzix machine, DVD player, ipod docking station & internet access through Charter.
Our fully equipped kitchen is conveniently located on what was the altar of this unique church building, and overlooks the sun-filled craft room. We provide all pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, glassware, appliances, tupperware, crock pots, cookie sheets, microwave oven, utensils, paper products & basically everything you could need ....aside from food! Enjoy the Kuerig Coffee maker & free coffee along with regular coffee (decaf & regular) for the usual coffee maker.
We have a bathroom on this level so you don't need to run up or down for a bathroom. There's also central air for the (few) warmer months. We have a very accessible front entrance to bring your "gear" into the craft room with a rubber ramp & only a few steps.
It will be a treat to craft in such a gorgeous space - definitely better than crafting in a dark, bleak basement!
We can accommodate up to 12 crafters, & provide all bedding, towels, soap, shampoo & toiletries for our guests. We have twelve comfy twin beds (4 bedrooms) & lots of extra blankets & comforters. Each bedroom has its own temperature control & lots of room to spread out. You will enjoy our cozy tv room and relaxing reading room (with an invigorating massage chair).
